  • Admissions Process

    Emerald International School welcomes prospective parents interested in applying for the academic year 2024-2025. Below are the steps for the admission process.

    • Fill the online application, kindly make sure you fill all fields.
    • After your application has been processed you will be contacted by the registrar’s office to arrange with you the school tour, and assessment day and time for your child.
    • After the school tour, if you wish to go through the assessment, you are kindly requested to pay the application of assessment fees,( which are refundable , in case of refusal of the child from the school). If your child is accepted then THAT amount of money will be deducted from the school fees.
    • If the assessments are satisfactory, you will go through the final step of the process, which is an interview with the school’s Director .N.B, punctuality for the assessments and interview is highly appreciated, so please be on time.
    • After being accepted, you will be asked to provide and submit the following documents to the students’ affairs office.
    • A copy of the father’s I.D
    • A copy of the mother’s I.D
    • A copy of the child’s birth certificate ( computerized)
    • A copy of the child’s vaccination certificate
    • All the original certificates the student received from any previous schools.
    • 8  recent photos ( passport size) of your child.
    • Prior to the assessment stage, please be sure your child will have no anxiety , due to separation from parents, for the duration of the assessment, talk to your child about the events he/she will go through, while you wait for them in the school’s reception area. Make sure your child can respond to instructions in English, as assessments are carried out in English. Also your child can interact sociably with other children and adults.
    •  Inability to meet these basic requirements will lead to the decline of your child’s application in school.
